【Abstract】 Objective:Drug-induced damage means that patient’s life and health were damaged by the use of drugs.Method:With the advancement of science and technology,medicine manufacturing industry has its great develop- ment and new drugs enter into Chinese markets incessantly.Result:The policy of opening to the outside world makes im- ported products enter into Chinese markets.The abundant drug markets provide much more treatment measures,but results in drug-indueed damage frequently.How to relieve patients’impairment has become a social hot spot.Conclusion:The ar- ticle tries to analyze some law bases and difficulties of relief system by presenting some drug-induced damage factors and provide an effective way for drug-induced damage relief combined with responsibility insurance and social security theory.更多还原
