盐酸雷诺嗪离子选择性电极的研制与应用

【摘要】 目的:建立测定盐酸雷诺嗪含量的离子选择性电极分析法。方法:以盐酸雷诺嗪-四苯硼离子缔合物为电活性物质,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为增塑剂,研制成PVC为基质膜的盐酸雷诺嗪离子选择性电极,测定盐酸雷诺嗪含量。结果:该电极在1×10-5~1×10-2mol·L-1范围内表现能斯特响应,斜率为55.8 mV·pC-1,检测下限为4.5×10-6mol·L-1,对盐酸雷诺嗪的回收率为98.5%~101.2%。本文考察了电极的各种性能,电极对多种异质离子表现良好的选择性。结论:离子选择性电极法可简便、快速、准确地检测盐酸雷诺嗪的含量。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an ion selective electrode method for the determination of ranolazine hydrochlo- ride.Methods:A PVC membrane ranolazine hydrochloride ion selective electrode was prepared with the ion-pair of ranolazine hydrochloride-tetraphenylboron as the electroactive material and di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and dibutyl phthalae as the plasticizer,and the electrode was adopted for the determination of ranolazine hydrochloride. Results:The electrode exhibited Nernst response for 1×10-5-1×10-2 mol·L-1 ranolazine hydrochloride with the slope of 55.8 mV·pC-1.The limit of detection was 4.6×10-6 mol·L-1,and the recovery was 98.5%- 101.2%.The electrode performance characteristics were studied,and the electrode displayed a good selectivity for ranolazine hydrochloride in the presence of a number of foreign ions.Conclusion:The method can be adopted for de- termination of ranolazine hydrochloride in sustained-release tablets simply,rapidly and accurately.
