【摘要】 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法对固肾生发胶囊中二苯乙烯苷（2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷）的含量进行测定。方法:采用 Discovery^TM HPLC C₁₈色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-水（23:77）为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长320 nm。结果:二苯乙烯苷进样量在0.0431～0.302μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率（n=9）为101.0%,RSD 为1.7%。结论:本方法用于固肾生发胶囊中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定,简便、准确、可靠,重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determining the contents of stibene glucoside（2,3,5,4’-tet- rabydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside）in Gushen Shengfa capsules.Methods:Discovery^TM HPLC C₁₈（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）column was adopted.The mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water（23:77）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1,and UV detection wavelength was 320 nm.Results:The calibration curve of stibene glucoside was linear in the range of 0.0431-0.302 μg and the average recovery（n=9）was 101.0%,RSD was 1.7%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,accurate,reliable,and reproducible for determination of stibene glucoside in Gushen Shengfa capsules.更多还原
