【摘要】 目的:建立畅心通滴丸中黄酮醇苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为迪马 Diamonsil^TMC₁₈柱（4.6inln×250 mm,5 μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液（52:48）,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温35℃,检测波长为360 nm。结果:槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素峰的线性范围分别为0.060～0.54μg、0.059～0.53μg、0.042～0.37μg,相关系数为0.9998～0.9999,平均加样回收率（n=9）分别为100.0%（RSD=2.5%）、100.O%（RSD=2.4%）、100.0%（RSD=2.2%）。结论:本方法快速简便,结果准确,为质量标准提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop an HPLC method of determining the flavonol glycosides in Changxintong dripping pills.Method:HPLC conditions:the column employed was Dikma DiamonsilTM C₁₈（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid（52:48,v/v）at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm.Results:The linear ranges of quer- cetin,kaempferide and isorhamnetin were 0.060-0.54 μg,0.059-0.53 μg and 0.042-0.37 μg,respectively; The correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.9998-0.9999.The average recoveries（n=9）were 99.99% （RSD=2.5%）,99.98%（RSD=2.4%）,99.98%（RSD=2.2%）,respectively.Conclusion:The method is rapid,convenient,and reliable,which can provide a scientific basis for quality control.更多还原
