【摘要】 目的:建立宁心宝胶囊多糖组分的相对分子质量及其分布测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用 Shodex SB-803HQ、SB-804HQ、SB-805HQ（8.0 mm×300 mm,5μm）3根凝胶色谱柱串联分离,以磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.8～8.0）为流动相,流速为0.8 mL·min^-1,柱温和检测器温度均为30℃,示差检测,进样量20μL,GPC 软件分析。结果:宁心宝胶囊中所占比例最大的多糖组分重均相对分予质量为28749～129690,多分散性为1.12～3.73。结论:不同厂家的宁心宝胶囊多糖组分相对分子质量和相埘分子质量分布存在一定差异,可作为其质量控制指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a relative molecular mass and its distribution of polysaccharides procedure for Ningxinbao capsules.Methods:A gel filtration HPLC equipped with Shodex SB-803HQ,SB-804HQ,SB- 805 HQ（8.0 mm×300 mm,5μm）for analysis.The mobile phase was phosphate buffer（pH 7.8-8.0）and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1.The temperatures of column and detector were 30℃,and refraction index detector was used.Results:The relative molecular mass of main fraction in Ningxiubao capsules were 28749-129690,distribu- tion coefficient were 1.12-3.73.Conclusion:The polysaccharides of Ningxinbao capsules from different companies were found to be different in composition.Determination of polysaccharides should be used for quality control of Ningxinbao capsules.更多还原
