【摘要】 目的:建立 HPLC 法测定盐酸左西替利嗪及其片剂中 s-异构体。方法:用α-手性糖蛋白键合硅胶色谱柱,以0.01mol·L^-1的磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.1）-乙睛（93:7）为流动相;流速为0.5 mL·min^-1,检测波长为230 nm。结果:盐酸左西替利嗪与 s-异构体分离良好,最低检测量为0.9 ng,s-异构体的回收率为98.0%。结论:方法快速、简便、准确,可用于盐酸左西替利嗪及其片剂中 s-异构体的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine s-isomer in levocetirizine hydrochloride and its tablets by HPLC.Method:A Chiral-AGP column was used.The mobile phase was composed of 0.01 mol·L^-1buffer of potassium phosphate （pH 7.1）-acetonitrile（93:7）with flow rate of 0.5 mL·min^-1at detection wavelength of 230 nm.Result:Levo- cetirizine hydrochloride and its s-isomer was separated completely,the detection limit was 0.9 ng and the recovery of s-isomer was 98.0%.Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple,and can be used for determination s-isomer in levocetirizine hydrochloride and its tablets.更多还原
