【摘要】 目的:选择桂皮酸（CA）作为内标,建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中山梨酸（SA）、苯甲酸（BA）、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯（PHBA—Me）、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯（PHBA—Et）、对羟基苯甲酸异丙酯（PHBA—iPr）、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯（PHBA—Pr）、对羟基苯甲酸异丁酯（PHBA—iBu）、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯（PHBA—Bu）8种防腐剂。方法:采用 Diamonsil ODS（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以乙腈、水（磷酸调 pH=3.0）、四氢呋喃为流动相采用梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,样品用无水乙醇-水（80:20,磷酸调 pH:2.5）提取。结果:在上述条件下8种防腐剂可以达到基线分离,各组分标准曲线的线性相关系数均为1.0,加样回收率为91.5%～106.4%,检出限为0.025～0.5μg。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏,适合化妆品中防腐剂的实际分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Selecting cinnamic acid （CA） as an internal standard,a high performance liquid chromatog- raphy was developed for the determination of eight preservatives in cosmetic,including sorbic acid （SA）,benzoic acid （BA）,methyl-p-hydroxy benzoate（PHBA-Me）,ethyl-p-hydroxy benzoate（PHBA-Et）,isopropyl-p -hydroxy benzoate （PHBA-iPr）,propyl-p-hydroxy benzoate （PHBA-Pr）,isobutyl-p-hydroxy benzoate （PHBA-iBu）,butyl-p-hydroxy benzoate （PHBA-Bu）.Method:The column was Diamonsil ODS （250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm）,with acetontrile,water（ phosphate adjusted pH=3.0）,tetrahydrofuran as the mobile phase adap- ted gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 254 nm,The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.Samples were extrac- ted by ethanol-water （80:20 volume ratio,phosphate adjusted pH=2.5）.Results:Under this condition the eight preservatives were baseline separated,the linear correlation coefficient were 1.0,the recoveries were 91.5%- 106.4%,detection limits were 0.025-0.5 μg.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It can be applied to real cosmetics analysis.更多还原
