【摘要】 目的:建立桑叶药材的高效液相指纹图谱,为桑叶药材的鉴别及品质控制提供依据。方法:采用 RP—HPLC 法对浙江湖州不同种植基地、不同采摘时间和不同品种的湖州桑叶进行指纹图谱研究,建立 HPLC 指纹图谱共有模式,并进行聚类分析和相似度比较。结果:HPLC 指纹图谱对桑叶药材中主要成分均得到较好分离,根据聚类分析和相似度分析处理结果,浙江湖州不同种植基地、不同采摘时间和不同品种的桑叶药材指纹图谱相似度较好,但少部分品种的药材指纹图谱有明显差别,从采摘时间看,冬季桑叶之间的相似度较其他季节更好。结论:HPLC—FP 可以作为桑叶质量评价和药材鉴别的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop the fingerprint determination method for Folium Mori by HPLC method and to provide basis for identification of Folium Mori.Methods:An RP-HPLC method was used to determine the finger- prints of Folium Mori from different plant sites,harvested time and varieties in Huzhou,Zhejiang.Mutual mode was developed,cluster analysis and similarity calculation were taken for comparison of the samples.Results:Samples from different plant sites,collection time and varieties were of high similarity,though a few samples showed evident difference in fingerprint graphics.Samples harvested in winter had even higher similarity than that of other seasons. Conclusion:Fingerprint of Folium Mori can be an identifying method for Folium Mori.更多还原
