【摘要】 目的:建立线性回归法与单点外标法的测量不确定度的评估方法,并进行比较。方法:分别采用线性回归法与单点外标法对同一批枸橼酸坦度螺酮片进行含量测定,并对结果进行评估。结果:线性回归法含量的测量不确定度评估结果为4.78%,单点外标法含量的测量不确定度评估结果为1.46%。结论:单点外标法比线性回归法有更小的测量不确定度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish methods to estimate the measurement uncertainty of linear regression method (LRM)and single point external standard method(SPESM).Method:Determining the content of the same batch of tandospirone citrate tablets with LRM and SPESM,then estimating their uncertainty.Result:The results of LRM and SPESM were 4.78% and 1.46% respectively.Conclusion:The uncertainty of SPESM is less than that of LEM.更多还原
