【摘要】 目的:本研究通过动物实验观察替硝唑缓释剂治疗牙周炎的效果。方法:以比格犬为实验对象,采用随机单盲及自身对照设计,分为实验A组(50g/L的替硝唑缓释剂),实验B组(25g/L的替硝唑缓释剂)及阳性对照C组(派丽奥软膏),采用牙周袋局部上药,每周1次,共4周,观察治疗前后临床指标和细菌量变化。结果:①基线时3组的牙周病变程度基本一致,具有可比性。治疗后3组的PD、GI均显著降低,BOP显著减轻;组间比较发现3组间BOP、GI无显著性差异;含50g/L的替硝缓释剂与派丽奥软膏组间PD无显著性差异,含25g/L的替硝唑缓释剂与前两组间PD均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②基线时3组的Pg,Pi,Fn检出量基本一致,具有可比性。治疗后3组的Pg,Pi,Fn检出量均显著降低;组间比较发现3组间Pg,Fn检出量无显著性差异,两种浓度的替硝唑缓释剂与派丽奥软膏组间Pi检出量均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:两种浓度的替硝唑缓释剂的临床指标及微生物检查指标结果与派丽奥软膏基本相似,两种浓度的替硝唑缓释剂可用于牙周炎的辅助治疗药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effect of the newly-devised degradable tinidazole gel at two concentrations on periodontitis in adult beagle dogs.METHODS:A 4-week trial was completed in 12 female beagle dogs(aged 3-4 years)with natural periodontitis.The beagles were randomly received the 5% tinidazole,2.5% tinidazole,or PERIOCLINE gels,locally applied once weekly to premolar teeth.Gingival index(GI),percentage of bleeding on probing(% BOP),and periodontal probing depth(PPD)and the number of P.gingivalis,P.intermedia,F.nucleatum were clinically measured at baseline and at 1,2,3,and 4 weeks.Comparisons among groups and between group pairs were analyzed.RESULTS:At the baseline,clinical indices and the number of bacteria were no significant differences among 3 groups.After treatment,PD,BOP,GI and the number of P.gingivalis,P.intermedia,F.nucleatum of 3 groups tended to decrease.BOP and GI of 3 groups were no significant differences.PD between the blend gel 1 and PERIOCLINE was no significant difference,while a significant difference was observed between the blend gel 2 and other 2 groups(P<0.05).Four weeks later,GI of 3 groups had no significant difference in 3 groups.Four weeks later,the number of P.gingivalis and F.nucleatum of 3 groups was no significant difference,while the amount of P.intermedia between the blend gel 1,2 and PERIOCLINE was significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Local application with the 2 blend gels treatment as an adjunct to conventional therapy may lead to a more advantageous outcome for periodontitis.更多还原
