【摘要】 目的:观察Cortisomol糊剂和AHplus糊剂在慢性尖周炎的根管治疗术一次法后的反应及远期疗效。方法:门诊需要做根管治疗的102例110个牙随机分为Cortisomol糊剂组54个牙和AH plus糊剂组56个牙。常规根管预备后,两组分别用Cortisomol糊剂和AH plus糊剂根管治疗术一次法根管充填。结果:治疗后1~7d Cortisomol糊剂组术后反应率较AH plus糊剂组要低(P<0.05),远期疗效两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:Cortisomol糊剂用于一次性根管治疗术后反应较轻,且疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To compare the postobturated pain and therapeutic effects of Cortisomol sealer and AH plus sealer in single-visit root canal therapy.METHODS: 257 teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups.All teeth were treated with root canal therapy in single-visit.Cortisomol sealer and AH plus sealer were used respectively in treatment.RESULTS: The pain intensity after obturation of the former group were significantly lower than that of the latter group in 1~7 d(P<0.05).After 12 months,efficiency rate of the two groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Root canal therapy using Cortisomol sealer can significantlv decrease the postoperative pain.更多还原
