机械合金化中碳元素对Fe-Al合金微观结构的影响
Effect of Carbon on Microstructure of Fe-Al Based Alloys Prepared by Mechanical Alloying
【摘要】 用机械合金化方法制备了一系列粉末合金Fe-(10-x)Al-xC(wx=0,0.2%,1%,2%),用X射线衍射方法对合金粉末微观结构进行研究分析.通过实验发现,在Fe-Al合金种加入少量的碳,可以使Fe-Al合金晶粒细化.当碳的质量分数为1%时效果最好.为了研究球磨时间对生成合金结构的影响,对球磨30 h和60 h后的Fe-9Al-1C合金晶粒尺寸进行分析.
【Abstract】 A series of Fe-(10-x)Al-xC(wx=0,0.2%,1%,2%) alloys are prepared by mechanical alloying,and X diffraction is used to analyse the microstructure.The effect of carbon content on the microstructure is examined.It is found that the crystal size of the Fe-Al alloys could be refined if a bit of carbon is added and the optimal carbon content is 1%.To observe the effect of the balling time on the alloy microstructure,the Fe-9Al-1C alloys milled for 30 and 60 h are analysed.
