RGD高分子材料用于周围神经修复的生物学评价
Biocompatibility Estimation of RGD Macromolecule Biomaterials for Restoring Peripheral Nerve
【摘要】 采用自行设计研制的新型可降解仿生RGD高分子材料用于周围神经缺损的修复治疗,研究其促进神经修复的作用。为了了解复合材料的特性,本试验从体外和体内试验多方面进行了评价。研究结果显示,RGD高分子材料导管具有良好的生物相容性,是一种理想的周围神经修复材料。
【Abstract】 To develop a novel type peripheral nerve repairing material and observe the characteristics of the composite material.The new RGD macromolecule biomaterial was synthesized and the characteristics of the composite materials were evaluatee in vitro and in vivo.The results showed that the RGD macromolecule biomaterial possesses good biocompatibility and is one kind of ideal materials for peripheral nerve regeneration.
