【摘要】 目的:对中药复方制剂心可宁滴丸中的丹酚酸B进行含量测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水液(21.5:78.5)为流动相;检测波长为286nm。结果:丹酚酸B在0.196～1.960μg范围内均与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r为0.99996,平均加样回收率为97.83%(N=5),RSD=3.33%。结论:本方法快速简便,灵敏度和稳定性高,为心可宁滴丸的质量标准奠定了良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method to determine salvianolic acid B in xinkening drop pills.Methods:The Rp-HPLC method was applied with Acetonitrile and 0.1% H3PO4 water as mobile phase(21.5:78.5),with detection wavelength at 286nm.Results:In the range from 0.196 to 1.960 μg,salvianolic acid B was in a good line with chromatograph peaks area,r=0.9996,the average recovery ratio is 97.83%(N=5),RSD=3.33%.Conclusions:The method is quickly simple with a high intelligent degree and stabilities.The method could be used to control quality effectively as a good base.更多还原
