铝电解废阴极燃烧氟析出及固氟试验研究
Research on Fluorine separation from spent cathode combustion and fluorine fixation experiment at aluminum electrolysis
【摘要】 考察了废阴极燃烧过程中气态氟的排放特性,研究了不同添加剂对燃烧固氟效果的影响。结果表明:废阴极氟析出率随燃烧温度的升高而逐渐升高,在1 200℃、停留30min的务件下,氟析出率达到98.26%;添加单一碳酸钙的固氟率为27.02%,复合固氟剂的固氟效果较单一碳酸钙均有改善,其中加入Al2O3的固氟率为37.07%,加入NaCl的固氟率达到41.79%。
【Abstract】 The paper studies gaseous state fluorine emission characteristics and influence of adding different ad- ditives for fluorine fixation with combustion.The result indicates that the fluoride separation tends to increase with combustion temperature.When the temperature reaches 1200℃and maintains for 30 minutes,fluorine separation rate amounts to 98.26%.When adding single fluorine fixation agent CaCO3,the rate is 27.02%.If compound one is added,the effect of fluorine fixation is improved.With Al2O3 adding,the fixation rate is 37.07% and NaCl 41.79 %.
