冷却塔拆除爆破失稳数值分析
Numerical Analysis on Instability of Cooling Tower in Demolition Blasting
【摘要】 采用控制爆破技术拆除冷却塔时,由于冷却塔具有高宽比较小、重心偏低和底部直径较大等特点,拆除爆破后易发生后坐或坐而不倒现象,为爆破工作造成了一定难度。本文在阐述冷却塔爆破失稳机理的基础上,对开口后的冷却塔进行力学分析,并建立了切口角度和高度的数学模型,从而为工程实践提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 When the cooling tower is demolished with control blasting technique,some problems,such as recoiling or squattingdown-but-not-collapsing,may occur because of the cooling tower’s characteristics,including small height-to-width ratio,low gravity center and large base diameter.In this paper,mechanical analysis of the cooling tower after making a cut is carried out based on the expatiating to the mechanism of cooling tower demolition instability.And the mathematical models for the angle and height of the cut are established.The theory used may provide a theoretical support for practical demolition operations.
