铝合金板式散热器真空钎焊的影响因素分析
Analysis of Influencing Factors on Vacuum Brazing of Aluminum Alloy Panel Radiator
【摘要】 介绍了铝合金板式散热器的真空钎焊工艺;系统地分析了材料成分、包覆层厚度、表面预处理、封条形状、表面粗糙度、散热器装配、真空钎焊温度、保温时间、真空度、氩弧焊接、环境等因素对散热器焊接质量的影响;提出了相应的工艺措施,并在工程实践中取得了良好效果。
【Abstract】 The vacuum brazing process of radiator made by aluminum alloy panels is introduced.The factors influencing on the vacuum brazing quality are analyzed,those are chemical composition of aluminum alloy materials,thickness of clad layer,surface pre-treatment,shape of the large seal,surface roughness,brazing temperature,holding time,vacuum degree,argon arc welding,environment,et al.The technical measures are put forward for improving the vacuum brazing quality,which has obtained good results in the practical production.
