反应性抗菌抗紫外整理剂应用性能研究

【摘要】 采用正交实验确定了自制反应性抗菌抗紫外整理剂在棉织物上的优化整理工艺:浴比1∶15,65℃反应40min,元明粉40g/L,纯碱30g/L,85℃固着25min.紫外线吸收光谱测试表明,制备化合物在190~315nm波长范围内有较强吸收,计算得出整理剂与棉织物的反应率在65%以上.性能测试表明,织物抗紫外和抗菌效果随着整理剂用量的增加略有提高,50次洗涤后UPF值和抗菌率的保留率均在83%以上,且整理前后织物的物理机械性能变化不大.

【Abstract】 The selfmade reactive antibacterial and anti-ultraviolet agent was applied on the cotton fabric. The optimal finishing technics was obtained by orthogonal experiments, namely, bath ratio 1∶15, reaction for 40 min at 65 ℃, sodium sulfate 40 g/L, sodium carbonate 30 g/L, fixed for 25 min at 85 ℃. Ultraviolet absorption spectrometry test indicated that the prepared compound had a strong absorbance in the range of wavelength 190~315 nm. The calculation result showed that the reactivity ratio between the finishing agent and cotton fabric was over 65%. The performance tests indicated that the anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial effect of finished fabric was improved with the increase of the finishing agent dosage. The UPF value and the antibacterial rate pre- served more than 83% after 50 times laundering. Meanwhile, the physical and mechanical performances of the finished fabric changed a little compared with the control sample.
