真丝/棉交织物活性染料染色的同色性研究
Study on union dyeing of silk/cotton interwoven fabrics with reactive dyes
【摘要】 用诺威克隆LS系列活性染料染真丝/棉交织物,通过对染色工艺条件(pH值、盐、碱量等)的研究,寻求可以提高织物染色同色性的途径.结果表明:真丝/棉交织物可用活性染料在酸性条件下染色,在碱性条件下固色.随着染色起始pH值的降低,真丝与棉间的同色性提高,以pH值5为宜.Na2SO4对活性染料上染真丝的促染作用大于对棉的促染作用,随着Na2SO4用量的增大,纤维间的同色性提高,最终定为30 g/L.Na2CO3用量增加不利于染料对真丝纤维的固着,为了达到真丝/棉混纺织物用活性染料染色的同色性,选定为8 g/L.在此工艺下,可获得良好的同色性和染色牢度.
【Abstract】 Novacron LS reactive dyestuffs were used to dye silk/cotton interwoven fabrics.The dyeing conditions,such as pH value,salt and base dosages,were studied to look for the ways to improve the union dyeing property of the fabrics.It was found that the silk/cotton interwoven fabrics could be dyed with reactive dyes under acidic conditions and color-fixed with bases.The union dyeing property was improved when the initial dyeing pH value was lowered,and pH 5 was suitable.Na2SO4 resulted in higher dyeing accelerating effect in silk dyeing process than in cotton dyeing process,and the union dyeing property was improved between the fibers when increasing the Na2SO4 dosage.30 g/L was determined finally.The Na2CO3 dosage increase harmed the dye fixing on fibers.8 g/L was selected to obtain the union dyeing effect of silk/cotton fabrics with reactive dyes.Good union dyeing property and color fastness were obtained under these conditions.
