低功耗单电源压控精密恒流源设计

【摘要】 设计了一种低功耗单电源压控精密恒流源,给出电路原理图,利用等效模型电路推导了电路传输特性,详细分析了转换电路的等效输出特性阻抗。仿真测试表明,电路的输出电流稳定度高,在220 kHz频率下,0~200Ω负载引起的电流波动相对误差<1.6%。采用本文设计的恒流源电路自行研制的肉类水分快速测定仪已推广应用。

【Abstract】 In this paper a low power single-supply precision voltage-controlled constant current source is designed.Firstly the schematic diagram of the circuit is given,and then the transfer properties of the circuit are deduced according to the equivalent circuit model,finally the equivalent output characteristic impedance of the circuit is analyzed in detail.Simulation result shows that the stability of the output current is high and the relative error of the current fluctuation under the load of 0~200 Ω and the frequency of 220 kHz is less than 1.6%.A rapid moisture tester for meat developed by the author employs the constant current circuit designed in this paper and has got popular applications.
