喀拉通克铜精矿加压酸浸新工艺研究
Pressure Leaching of Copper Concentrate from Karatungk Deposit
【摘要】 研究喀拉通克浮选铜精矿富氧加压酸浸过程。得出最佳浸出条件为:反应温度135℃,氧分压0.7MPa(总压1.0MPa),氧浓度80%,酸系数1.3,酸浸时间4.0h,木质素磺酸钠加入量5kg/t-精矿。实现了Сu浸出率平均97.56%,Ni浸出率平均97.98%,Fe浸出率平均仅为3.86%,硫回收率平均91.77%的良好指标,达到了预期的目标。
【Abstract】 The pressure leaching process with oxygen-rich air of the copper concentrate from Karatungk Deposit is investigated.The optimal leaching condition derived from the experiments is temperature 135℃,oxygen partial pressure 0.7MPa(with total pressure 1.0MPa),oxygen content 80%,acid dosage 1.3 times of stoichiometry, leaching time 4.0h,dosage of surfactant 5kg/t-concentrate.The excellent results,average leaching rate of Cu 97.56%,Ni 97.98% and Fe only 3.86%,and the recovery of the elemental sulfur 91.77%,are achieved,the expected aim is accomplished.
