精馏法制备高品质超细活性锌粉(英文)

【摘要】 以电炉粗锌为原料,采用精馏-蒸发-冷凝法生产高品质超细活性锌粉。采用扫描电镜、原子吸收分光光度计、等离子体发射光谱仪和激光粒度分析仪等先进设备对所得高品质锌粉进行了表征分析。结果表明,采用该工艺生产的高品质锌粉具有规则的球形形貌,杂质含量低(<50×10-6),总锌和金属锌含量高,分别≥99.5%和≥98%。精馏温度、液态锌的蒸发温度以及冷凝器的温度等工艺参数是影响高品质超细活性锌粉质量的主要因素。

【Abstract】 High quality super fine zinc dusts are produced with electric furnace crude zinc pig as raw material by using distillation condensation technology.The productions are analyzed by chemical and physical methods.The results indicate that zinc dust produced in this work has regular spheroid shape,high total zinc content(≥99.5%) and metallic zinc content(≥98%),little impurity(<50×10-6) and shows good dispersity.Processing parameters and technological conditions such as temperature of zinc distilling furnace,evaporator temperature of liquid zinc,temperature of condenser and nitrogen flow rate are the main influencing factors to the qualities of super fine zinc dust.
