温压成型工艺制备钕铁硼粘结磁体
Polymer Bonded NdFeB Magnet Fabrication by Warm Compaction Process
【摘要】 研究制备粘结钕铁硼磁体的温压成型工艺。结果表明,在粘结钕铁硼的制备中,常温压制采用磁场混料方式,可使磁体性能提高10%,而在温压工艺中磁场混料的作用不明显。不同的粘结剂体系的最佳粘结温度不同,温压温度范围的选择是以粘结剂与固化剂反应温度以及粘结剂本身的软化温度为依据的,环氧树脂体系粘结剂最佳压制温度高于软化温度20℃且低于固化反应温度20℃的范围内。自制粘结剂最佳温压温度在低于固化反应温度60℃范围内。自制的粘结剂比两种环氧树脂体系更适合用于温压工艺,最佳用量为2.0%,在相同工艺条件下,磁体性能分别高出为11.7%和6.2%。
【Abstract】 The warm compaction process for the fabrication of polymer bonded NdFeB magnets is investigated.The results show that field blending process for magnetic powder and polymer binder is benefit to room temperature compaction.The magnetic properties are improved by 10% comparing with none-field blending.But it is not obvious effect for warm compaction process.The temperature of warm press is determined according to that of solidification reaction and softening of the polymer binder.The optimum press temperature range for resin is between the temperature of 20℃ higher than softening and 20℃ lower than solidification.And that temperature for self-produced binder is 60℃ lower than solidification temperature. Self-produced binder exhibits better applicability than other two kinds of commercial binders for warm compaction process.The magnetic property is improved 11.7% and 6.2%,respectively,while the binder is added in the optimum amount of 2.0%.
