【Abstract】 The coincidence of contractual and tortious liabilities may arose different problems in private international law or civil law. On analysis of the unreasonable influence that the civil resolution of coincidence of liabilities has on characterization, it is recommended that the resolution of coincidence of liabilities in private international law should be done according to norms separate from those in civil law.更多还原
