含金属离子硫酸液的膜分离技术及其应用
Membrane separation technology and application of sulfate liquid with metal ions
【摘要】 综述了扩散渗析法、电渗析法、电渗析与扩散渗析组合工艺、超滤法、微滤法和纳滤法等膜分离技术处理含金属离子硫酸液的作用原理、研究与应用现状.采用膜分离技术处理含金属离子硫酸液不仅节能、工艺简单、不会产生二次污染,并能实现硫酸与金属盐类组分的分离,使金属盐类组分充分回收,而且设备简单紧凑,易于操作,是一种具有发展前途的硫酸废液处理技术.
【Abstract】 The principles of the membrane techniques such as diffusion dialysis,electrodialysis,ultrafiltration,microfiltration and nanofiltration membrane and the present status of their research and application in the treatment of sulfate liquid with metal ions are presented.The membrane technology not only have the advantages of energy saving,simple process,inducing no secondary pollution,impact structure and easy operation,but also can realize the metal ions from sulfate liquid so as to fully recovery the metal salts.Therefore,it is a technology that has a broad prospect for treating the sulfate liquid waste.
