【摘要】 以亚洲百合、东方百合、麝香百合3个杂交系中的5个栽培品种为试验材料,在离体条件下采用不同的授粉方式进行组间杂交,有望培育出兼有父母本优良特点的杂交种。结果表明:采用切割子房直接授粉的方式较容易克服受精前障碍,获得较高的子房膨大率。影响组间杂交成败的因素还有其亲本之间的亲和性以及受精后胚和胚乳发育的障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five lily varieties belonging to asiatic hybrids,oriental hybrids,and longiflorum hybrids were chosen respectively as parents for the hybridization between different hybrid lines by vitro pollinated in order to gain new lily species with the parents virtus.The results showed that the cutting-ovary pollination method could obviously improve the swelling of the capsules.The compatibility of the parents and the post-fertilization barriers play important roles in interspecific cross.更多还原
