【摘要】 目的探讨Caspase-8在下咽癌组织中的表达及其与各临床、病理因素的关系。方法采用流式细胞术检测41例下咽癌组织和41例相应癌旁组织中的Caspase-8的表达,并以15例非下咽癌患者咽部正常黏膜组织作对照。并分析下咽癌组织中Caspase-8表达与临床病理因素的关系。结果(1)下咽癌组织中Caspase-8蛋白的表达量及阳性表达率均明显低于癌旁组织及正常咽黏膜组织(P<0.05),癌旁组织及正常咽黏膜组织的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)Caspase-8蛋白的表达与下咽癌组织中的淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度呈相关性(P<0.05);与肿瘤大小、吸烟量、年龄和性别无相关性(P>0.05)。结论Caspase-8蛋白的低表达可促进下咽癌的发生、发展,其蛋白检测可作为判断下咽癌分化、浸润、转移、分期的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Caspase-8 in hypopharynx carcinoma and analyze the relationship between Caspase-8 and clinical pathological factors.Methods Totally 41 cases with hypopharynx carcinoma were enrolled in the study.The expression of Caspase-8 protein was evaluated with flow cytometry in 41 carcinoma samples and 41 para-carcinoma tissues.There were 15 normal pharynx mucosa samples as control group.Results(1)The quantitative and qualitative expression of Caspase-8 protein in hypopharynx carcinoma tissues is obviously lower than those in para-carcinoma and normal pharynx mucosa tissues respectively(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the para-carcinoma and normal control group(P>0.05).(2)In hypopharynx carcinoma,the expression of Caspase-8 protein didn’t showed significantly relation with tumor size,smoking history,patients’ age and gender(P>0.05),but related to metastasis,pathological grade and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The decreased expression of Caspase-8 may be contributed to the carcinogenesis and development of hypopharynx carcinoma.It could be one of important indexes to judge differentiation,infiltration,metastasis and staging of hypopharynx carcinoma.更多还原
