【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声技术在胎儿畸形产前筛查中的诊断价值。方法对我院2001年10月—2006年10月产前检查并分娩的6068例孕妇进行回顾性分析。结果6068例产妇分娩畸形胎儿127例(2.1%),其中119例产前经超声检查确诊畸形胎儿94例,阳性率79.0%,超声诊断与产后诊断符合率100%,漏诊25例,漏诊率21.0%;未做超声8例,产前均未做出诊断。结论彩色多普勒超声可发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常,在胎儿畸形产前筛查中有重要的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of the color Doppler ultrasound in screening fetal malformation of prenatal.Methods Retrospective analysis 6 068 fetus from October 2001 to October 2006 in our hospital,which underwent color Doppler echocardiographic examination prenatal.Results 127 cases(2.1%)of fetal malformation were found in 6 068 fetus,of which 119 cases were examined by color Doppler ultrasonic examination,94 case(79.0%)were diagnosed,25 cases(21.0%)were missed,and 8 cases were not underwent Doppler examination.Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography could provide most information of fetus’s shape and construction abnormality.It proved that Doppler ultrasound was a useful method to screen prenatal malformation.更多还原
