【Abstract】 This paper,through a comparative study of the English versions of Fate the Minor from The Verse of Chu,inves-tigates the nature and task of the translation in question,as well as such issues as regard to the intervention(or manipulation)of the translator.It concludes that the translation of classics is of the research type,which is more challenging than other kinds of translation and thus allows more areas for the intervention of the translator.更多还原
