玉米苗期抗旱性形态鉴定指标研究

【摘要】 以5个玉米品种为试材,苗期进行中度水分胁迫,胁迫7 d后恢复正常供水。对叶面积、株高、干物质及产量等相关参数指标进行灰色关联度分析。结果表明:干物质胁迫指数可作为参考指标,株高胁迫指数、叶片卷曲指数、叶片枯黄指数和比叶重均能很好地反映出玉米苗期的抗旱性,是苗期抗旱性评价的重要形态指标。

【Abstract】 The experience was based on 5 varieties of maize.We watered less them during seeding stage for 7 days and then water them normally.During the period we measured leaf area,plant height,dry basis and the number of brown leaves etc.and analyzed them.We finally got some parameters such as plant height damage index,dry basis damage index,leaf brown index,leaf curly index,drought tolerance index for variety screening.We have made the conclusion that all parameters above we had in the experience are very important for seeding evaluation of maize about anti-drought morphological trait except dry basis damage index.
