【摘要】 目的:观察酒石酸布托啡诺复合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜的安全性及效果。方法:结肠镜检的病人106例,随机分为A组(芬太尼+丙泊酚组)和B组(酒石酸布托啡诺+丙泊酚组),对其麻醉效果进行观察。比较两组生命体征变化,丙泊酚总用量、苏醒时间、麻醉效果及其它副作用。结果:两组病人在血压心率变化、丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间等方面均无统计学差异(P>0.05),呼吸抑制例数B组少于A组(P<0.05),两组都没有严重的副作用。结论:酒石酸布托啡诺复合丙泊酚用于肠镜检查镇痛、镇静效果好,副作用少,特别在呼吸抑制方面优于芬太尼复合丙泊酚。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the effects and safety of intravenous butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol for aponia colonofiberscope operation.METHODS: One hundred and six patients underwenting aponia colonofiberscope operation were divided into two groups randomly,group A(fentanyl combined with propofol) and group B(butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol),and the anesthetized effects of two groups were observed.The vital sign,total dosage of using propofol,analepsia time and the other side effects were compared in two groups.RESULTS: There were no significant difference between group A and group B in BP,HR,the dosage of using propofol and analepsia time,respiratory depression number in group B were less than those in group A.No severe side effect occurred in either groups.CONCLUSION: Butorphanol tartrate combined with propofol using for enteroscope check has good analgesia,mitigate effect,and with less side effect.Especially,respiratory depression effect in group B is better than that in group A.更多还原
