基于MATLAB的矩形截面压力容器优化设计
The Optimum Design of Pressure Vessel with Rectangular Cross Section Based on MATLAB
【摘要】 在GB 150—1998《钢制压力容器》标准上建立矩形截面容器筒体壁厚和刚性外加强圈的优化设计模型。该模型能够在满足设计标准应力校核情况下,使得制造加工筒体时所耗费的材料最少。运用MATLAB优化工具箱实现对设计的快速、精确求解,得出更为理想的设计方案。通过算例详细介绍了这种优化设计方法的实施过程,以供工程设计参考。
【Abstract】 Based on GB 150—1998,a mathematical optimum design model of wall thickness and exterior strengthen structure for rectangular pressure vessel was established.This model minimized the volume of the consumable steel material in manufacture for meeting stress checking computations of design standard.To get the exact result expeditiously,MATLAB optimized tool function was used.The operation process of optimum design was discussed for engineering application via a demonstration.
