【摘要】 目的考察尿流式细菌计数的可信性。方法对165例疑似尿感的患者同时进行尿细菌培养和尿流式细菌计数的检测和比对。结果应用尿流式进行细菌计数诊断尿路感染的敏感性70.41%,特异性为80.60%,阳性预示值为84.15%,阴性预示值为65.06%。结论应用尿流式技术进行尿细菌计数可作为诊断尿感的一种筛选试验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the flowof bacteria-count of credibility.Methods 165 cases of suspected urine of patients with flu at the same time urine culture and urinary-bacterial count than the detection and right.Results The application to conduct bacterial count urinary-tract infection diagnosis of the sensitivity of 70.41%,80.60% specificity,positive value indicates 84.15 percent,indicate negative value is 65.06 percent.Conclusion The application of technology in-flowof urine bacteria counts can be used as a diagnostic sense of urine screening tests.更多还原
