【摘要】 目的研究平阳霉素治疗跖疣的疗效。方法平阳霉素局部注射治疗跖疣110例(536个疣体),观察治疗后皮损变化和不良反应。结果经一个疗程治疗后痊愈458个,显效39个,痊愈率为85.4%,有效率92.7%,未见严重不良反应。结论平阳霉素注射治疗是治疗跖疣的安全有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of verruca plantaris by intralesional injections of pingyangmycin. Methods 110 cases (536 verrucas)of verruca plantaris were treated with intralesional injections of pingyangmycin. Therapeutic effect was evaluated by assessment of alteration of clinical manifestation and occurrence of adverse effects. Results After one duration treatment, 458 verrucas were recovered, 39 verrucas had improved, the rate of cure was 85.4%, the rate of efficacy was 92.7%. There were no ststistic adverse events. Conclusion Intralesional injections of pingyangmycin can be used in treatment for verruca plantaris effectively and safety.更多还原
