【摘要】 目的观察左半肝的形态结构及动脉来源﹑分支及变异情况,为临床开展左半肝活体肝移植提供解剖学依据。方法解剖了经甲醛固定灌注红色乳胶的尸体肝脏标本30例,观察左半肝动脉的来源,走行,分布情况及规律,并测量有关数据;在15例肝脏铸型标本和15例采用数字减影血管造影术(DSA)的肝脏中进一步观察左半肝动脉血管的分布和吻合情况。结果左半肝血供丰富,来源复杂。主要血供来自肝固有动脉的分支肝左动脉和肝中动脉,变异比较常见。动脉在肝内呈段性分布,各叶,肝段动脉之间没有重要的吻合。结论外科医生熟悉肝动脉的分支,走行和变异情况,对设计合理的手术方式,安全的施行手术有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the morphological characteristics, origin, branch and variation of arteries of left hepatic lobe, so that to provide anatomic data for living-related liver transplantation using left liver. Method 30 liver specimens fixed with formalin and injected with red latex were dissected to collect the related data following observation on the origin, course, and distribution of arteries of left liver. 15cast specimens of liver and another 15 liver examined using digital subtraction angiography were employed to observe the distribution and anatomists of arteries of left liver in further. Results The left hepatic lobe possessed abundant blood supply and multiple origins, and supplied dominantly by the left hepatic artery originated from proper hepatic artery and middle hepatic artery. The variation of arteries of left liver was common. The arteries in the left liver were distributed in segmental pattern. No important anatomist was found among the segmental hepatic arteries and the arteries for liver lobes. Conclusion Surgeon should be known well in branches, course and variation of arteries of liver, which has important significance in planning the ideal surgical method and safe operation.更多还原
