【摘要】 抗战时期,陕甘宁边区的公营商业得到了迅速的发展,大致可分为三个阶段,分别以皖南事变和高干会议为分界。边区的公营商业从经营组织来看可分为政府经营和机关经营两大类。公营商业的发展,对于保证边区物资供给,稳定市场和冲破敌人经济封锁发挥了巨大的作用。公营商业也存在着许多问题,党和边区政府通过各种政策和措施予以解决,取得了极大的成效,但在当时的历史条件下又不可能完全解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the Anti-Japanese War,The public commerce developed quickly in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,which can be divided into three stages approximately,The southern Anhui Incident and Senior Cadres’ Conference are taken as the dividing line.The border region public commerce was managed by the government and the institution.The development of the public commerce was important for guarantying border region commodity supplies,stabilizing the market and breaking through the enemy economic blockade.The public commerce also had many problems,though the Party and the border region government had obtained enormous result through all kinds of policies and measures,it was impossible to solve them completely under the historical condition then.更多还原
