【摘要】 目前高校学生党建工作发展迅速,成果显著,但在学生党员入党后的教育管理上仍存在管理力量薄弱、支部作用发挥不够、监督考核制度滞后等问题。当前高校可通过建立专兼职党建队伍,深化党员继续教育,切实发挥基层支部作用,健全考核监督制度等方式加强学生党员入党后的教育管理,完善高校党建机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CPC construction of college students had a notable achievement after a rapid development.But several problems appeared at the same time,such as lack of educational affair of students who had been accepted by the Party,insufficiency of branches function,backwardness of examination and assessment system and so on.At the present,the colleges could strengthen the instruction management of the students who had joined the Party by building part-time CPC construction team,deepening members’ advanced study,exerting the basic branches,and improving the evaluating and superintendent system.The article intended to find some methods of consummating and advancing the CPC construction system in colleges.更多还原
