铝材退火炉炉温控制系统的设计与实现
Design and realization of temperature control system for aluminum foil annealing furnace
【摘要】 针对铝材退火炉退火工艺中的高温、高精度、间歇式等工况特点,设计了一套以S7-300 PLC为控制核心,Profibus-DP工业现场总线为基础的温度控制系统。该系统采用确保转换温控程序的设计方法对铝卷材进行退火热处理。同时利用模糊PID参数自整定控制算法对铝材退火过程中出现的炉温滞后大以及惯性大等特点进行整定优化。实际结果表明:采用确保转换程序设计的温控系统高效节能,具有较高的温度控制精度及稳定性,使退火过程中炉温超调量大的问题得到了很好的解决。
【Abstract】 Against to the working features of high temperature,high accuracy and batch type of aluminum foil annealing furnace,a temperature control system with S7-300 PLC control core and Profibus-DP industrial fieldbus was designed.In the system,ensure-transition method was used to perform heat treatment of aluminum.The character of large time delay and inertia in annealing process has been optimized by PID parameter-adaptive fuzzy control algorithm.Practical results show that the temperature control system with ensure-transition program design is a high efficiency and energy saving system,and has high temperature control accuracy and stability.And big overshoot problem of furnace temperature in annealing process has been resolved.
