【摘要】 目的探讨疼痛专项护理对改善脊柱围手术期患者生活质量的影响。方法将133例脊柱围手术期患者随机分成两组,观察组71例实施疼痛专项护理,包括疼痛心理干预、疼痛健康教育、手术后体位的安置以及手术伤口的护理。对照组62例进行体位和伤口护理,不进行疼痛专项护理。选择世界卫生组织生活质量量表100(WHOQOL-100)中的生理领域、心理领域和独立性领域进行问卷调查,在条目层面上进行对照。结果通过有效的专项疼痛护理,观察组围手术期生活质量计分在48个条目中,38个明显优于对照组(P<0.01),其余10个条目无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论有效的疼痛专项护理可明显改善脊柱围手术期患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo search the effects of nursing specific of pain in improving spinal surgical patients` preoperative quality of life.Methods133 cases were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group applied nursing specific of pain which conclude interventions of pain relative psychological,pain-relative health educations,position set after surgery and wound care.Control group no nursing specific of pain but common nurse concluded position set and wound care only.Physical domain,psychological domain and independent domain were used from WHOQOL-100 and the items were compared.ResultsIn experimental group there were 38/48 items significant better than that of control group,10 items no differential.ConclusionNursing specific of pain can improve preoperative quality of life of spinal surgical patients.更多还原
