高校青年教师科研现状分析及应对措施研究
The Analysis on the Scientific Research Status-quo of the Young Teachers in Universities and Relative Countermeasures
【摘要】 从目前状况看,青年教师在科研方面面临着诸多的现实问题.针对高校青年教师在科研方面存在的主要问题,指出培养青年教师科研能力的重要性,并提出了解决问题的相关建议.
【Abstract】 Currently young teachers have encountered many problems for their growing-up in the field of academic research.It focuses on the major problems the young teachers face with in doing research,and points out the importance of raising academic research ability among young teachers,and some suggestions to deal with these issues.
