【Abstract】 Based on the survey of hundreds of senior managers mainly from Shanghai,Zhejiang,Beijing and Jiangxi provinces,the empirical study is carried out.The result shows: The upgrading of corporate capability has significant positive impact on the evolution of corporate core competency;The upgrading of corporate learning capability has significant positive impact on the evolution of corporate core competency;The upgrading of corporate innovation capability has positive impact on the evolution of corporate core competency,but less significant;The upgrading of corporate absorptive capability has positive impact on the evolution of corporate core competence,but less significant.更多还原
