【Abstract】 According to American Information Research Institute’s data,an analysis is made on 10 years’ SCI papers from 25 countries in 19 fields.Based on the initial 8 indexes,it creates other 7 indexes.With the help of SPSS,the analysis is based on main cause and factors,then 3independent-factor system is established to reflect 25 countries’ differences of all the information.Finally a re-evaluation and re-explanation is made on S&T research levels with respect to the output of research strength and quality of each research body by the three factors.更多还原
