【Abstract】 Based on organizational learning and network theories,the interorganizational alliance network is the effective way to organizational learning and knowledge acquisition.The structure of network,enterprise position in network,the relational attribute and absorptive capability among enterprises are the key factors affecting knowledge acquisition.The alliance network and its social capital are the path for the enterprise to fully access the advanced knowledge and technology.The absorptive capability can promote a firm to acquire new knowledge,integrate the new knowledge with internal knowledge and create the new knowledge and technology.更多还原
