【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC测定前列欣胶囊中欧前胡素的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(60∶40∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长:300nm;流速:1.0mL.L-1。结果:在本法条件下,欧前胡素与杂质达基线分离,进样量在0.0304～0.1842μg,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率99.17%,RSD为0.96%(n=6)。结论:HPLC测定前列欣胶囊中欧前胡素的含量,方法简便,结果准确,可作为前列欣胶囊的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for the determination the content of Imperatorin in Qianliexin capsules.Methods:A Cl8 column was used as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-H2O-glacial acetic acid (60∶40∶0.1)with the gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 300 nm.Results:Under this method condition ,Imperatorin reached with the baseline separation of impurities.There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of Imperatorin and peak area value when the concentrations of Imperatorin was within the range of 0.030 4～0.184 2μg(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 99.17%,RSD=0.96%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for the Qianliexin capsules control.更多还原
