【摘要】 目的:建立通脉口服液中丹参有效成分的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对通脉口服液中的丹参进行定性鉴别,使用高效液相色谱法对其中的丹酚酸B进行含量测定。结果:丹参的定性鉴别专属性强。丹酚酸B检测浓度线性范围为1.4～8.4μg·mL^-1（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为99.64%,RSD=0.95%。结论:该制剂质量控制方法可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality control method for radix et rhizoma salviae mihiorrhizae of tongmai oral liquid in our study.Methods:Radix et rhizoma salviae mihiorrhizae was identified by TLC and the con- tent of salvianolic acid B in the oral liquid was determined by HPLC.Result:Radix et rhizoma salviae mihiorrhizae showed good specificity in qualitation identification.The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 1.4～8.4μg.mL^-1（r= 0.9998）.The mean recovery was 99.64%,RSD=0.95%.Conclusion:The preparation technology is practicable and quality control method is reliable.更多还原
