【摘要】 简单介绍了本钢供印度 PSL 公司3万 t 高 Nb 无 Mo 管线钢 X70添加化学元素的作用原理及生产工艺流程,通过开发高 Nb 代替 Mo 的高级别管线钢技术,钢卷力学性能、冲击韧性、焊接性能均满足客户要求,吨钢降低成本800～1000元,取得了经济效益,同时缓解我国的 Mo 危机,实现我国稀有贵重金属的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has briefly introduced the effective principle and production process flow of adding chemical elements to high Nb pipeline steel X70 without Mo which was produced in Benxi Iron & Steel(Group)Co.Ltd.(BX Steel for short)and exported to Indian PSL company.The total volume was fifty thousand tons.By means of developing the advanced grade pipeline steel technology with high Nb replacing Mo,the steel coil mechanical property,impact toughness and weldability could meet customers’ requirement,the cost of ton/steel was reduced by 800～1 000 Yuan RMB,significant economic benefit was obtained.At the same time,the short supply of Mo in our country was eased so that sustainable development of rare and valuable metals in our country have been realized.更多还原
