【摘要】 针对冷轧厂钢卷包装工艺控制的需要,选用超声波传感器作为数据采集工具,应用插值法对数据进行数值分析,建立了计算钢卷宽度、直径、周长的数学模型,并在主控PLC中实现了流水线上钢卷相关信息的实时跟踪。该系统元件选用合理、数据测量准确、运行稳定可靠,是钢卷包装线上非常重要的环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the process control requirement of coil packing line in cold rolling mills,steel coil data measurement and tracking technology is discussed in details in this paper.Ultrasonic sensor is selected in data acquisition,interpolation method is used in data numerical analysis and mathematic model is built to calculate the width,the diameter and the perimeter of the coil.Furthermore,realtime coil data tracking on the packing line is realized here.更多还原
