高炉热风炉的振动特性分析
Characteristics Analysis on Hot-Blast Stove Vibration of BF
【摘要】 利用速度传感器对热风炉的振动进行测试,用数据采集系统记录热风炉的振动信号并进行频谱分析。测试表明:在燃烧期的振动要明显大于送风期的振动,特别是换炉单炉燃烧时,振动幅值是送风期的20倍左右,当热风炉负荷超过68000m3/h(设计最大能力)时,振动迅速增大,且振动频率在10Hz以内,低频振动是热风炉振动的主要特征。
【Abstract】 A testing was performed for vibration of hot-blast stove by means of speed sensor in this paper.In the testing Data Acquisition System was used for recording vibration signal of hot-blast stove,and then spectrum property was analyzed.The result shows that the vibration of combusting process is evidently heavier than that of the blasting process;besides,the oscillation amplitude is about 20 times more than the blasting process,especially when combusting stoves are exchanged and single.When the loading of hot-blast stove is more than 68000m3/h which is its most capacity,the oscillation amplitude increases sharply and the vibration frequency is below 10Hz.This kind of low frequency vibration is the primary characteristic of hot-blast stove vibration.
