【摘要】 对于结构、受力及裂纹形态比较复杂的板带轧机轧辊,采用基于应力强度因子的判据是判断断裂的有效方法。为了克服轧辊裂纹应力强度因子计算的难题,提出了应力强度因子的间接计算方法。该方法结合了断裂力学的有关理论和有限元方法,可以灵活有效的进行各种载荷与裂纹形态的应力强度因子计算。通过对不同深度裂纹的应力强度因子计算,证明提出的方法有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the strip mill roll which has complex structure,stress and crack,based on the stress intensity factor to fracture criterion is an effective way to judge fracture.This paper provides the indirect method for stress intensity factor.This method combines the theory of fracture mechanics with finite element method and can compute all kinds of stress intensity factor effectively.更多还原
