2250带钢热轧机板形调控特性的仿真研究
Simulation of Roll Gap Profile Performance on 2250 Hot Rolling Mill
【摘要】 采用有限元方法建立了2250mmCVC热连轧轧机辊系三维弹性变形模型,对影响板形调控特性的各个影响因素如板宽、轧制力、弯辊力、CVC工作辊窜辊等,进行了仿真研究。分析发现:2250mm热连轧机在生产1550mm以上的产品时,不仅轧机的宽度能力可以更好地发挥,对凸度控制也十分有利;计算分析得出了弯辊力影响系数、工作辊窜辊影响系数与轧件宽度之间的关系。
【Abstract】 Through a finite element method,a three-dimensional finite element roll elastic model of 2250 mm CVC hot rolling mill was built.Simulation research refer to effect facts such as strip width,rolling force,bending force,and the axial shifting of CVC work roll which had effects on the roll gap profile performance.The simulating results indicated that it was advantageous to control the crown and exert it’s width ability fully when the strip is above 1550 mm;the formulation between the bending force effecting coefficient and strip width was achieved as well as the formulation between the rolling force effecting coefficient and strip width.
